Personnal Touch Classes Now Ongoing
Get Results!(My Personal touch classes a re 1 hour) Back by popular demand we will begin new sessions in Concord mon/wed stretch class.. tues/thurs strength training...mornings at 8:30 AM........In P.H. on Tues. nights 5 PM strength training and 7 pm stretch.. anyone can participate! You do not need to be a previous student... Call Teri for more info or to sign up (space is limited)

Welcome to My Web Site!
Welcome to my web site! You will now have access to all of my class information. I now teach 2 evening classes in Pleasant Hill (near the Walnut Creek border) along with the 6 morning classes (in Concord, also near the Walnut Creek). We are enjoying the great dance floors at both studios. I will continue to teach the very popular personnel touch classes at both studios as well. I am look forward to having new students join my classes.

Warriors Half time Show a great success!
We had a great time participating in the Warriors Halftime Show. As a group we raised over $30,000.00 for the Make A Wish Foundation. They have already asked us back for next year so you will have another chance to participate! Stay tuned for Feb 2010 dates TBA

Walnut Creek Holiday Parade
Our Demo Team will be performing in the Parade of Lights in downtown Walnut Creek on Thursday December 6th at 7 pm..come and cheer us on!
